The picnic at SHHS cafeteria on the 23rd begin at 2:00pm. Fifty-four attended. Thanks to Barbara Hundley for renting the cafeteria.

The beautiful decorations for the tables were furnished by our Class Decorator Barbara Hundley. Several individuals helped Barbara arrange the decorations.

The 50's music was furnished by our Music Director Wayne Cox. The old songs brought back memories.

Gail S. Thompson furnished the nametags for everyone and Jane G. Ogle greeted and registered everyone.

After a few hours of fellowship and enjoying fruit and cheese trays, mixed nuts and soft drinks and water, Marion welcomed everyone and he then recognized Tom Roberts and Barbara W. Hundley. Tom and Barbara's late husband, Tommy Hundley, were placed in the SHHS Sports Hall of Fame. Then suddenly a story telling guest (Ms Gladys Davis) appeared and entertained the group with several funny stories. Everyone enjoyed the stories very much. Thanks to Jim Hagy for inviting Ms Davis.

Bill Jones returned thanks for the food and asked blessings for everyone. He also prayed for the classmates that are having health problems.

We then enjoyed a wonderful meal catered by the House of Ribs. Thanks to Teddy Rastall for coordinating this.

Many thanks to all the Reunion Committee and spouses that helped coordinate a very successful reunion. Thanks to my wife, Vivian, who helped with my part of the planning. It is wonderful to have a committee who cares and is willing to serve. In 1955 and 1956, we had a class that was wonderful to be a member of. Everyone enjoyed going to school and many accomplishments were made by the class.
